Product Description
W UV Oil-Passing Polishing Dual Machine is an essential machine for printing and fine processing of post-printing. All kinds of paper printed matter treated by this machine are not only improving the smooth finish of surface, but also dampproof, drtyproof, shineproof and wearproof for the surface of printed matter. Especially. The UV oiling treatment, it is same as film-covering and calendaring treatment and without the defects of film-droping, curlines and smooth fading.
Features:
1. Apply aduanced five rolls coating method. The oil quantity can be adjusted at tow levels to make coating oil more delicate.
2. Scrape knife apply imported unit and hydraulic structure.
3. Feeding rollers apply seperated driving system. It turn in the differenct diretion from other rollers to make coating more uniform.
4. Recycled continous oil feeding system and intermittent electric heating system.
5. Casting iron machine body with higher precision and without deformation.
6. The uniform coating effect and fine adjustment system make the surface of paper more smooth.
7. The coating oil is thinner and more uniform. It can eliminate the pin hole and orange skin phonomenon.
8. The scraping knife is more trim and can remore the UV oil sticking to the surface of impression cylinder to avoil the back of paper from dirty.
