Product Description
Laminator machine is designed for press the pre-coated bitaterally tensile polypropyiene film(BOPP) with the printing matter together continuousty. After pressing. It can rezlize automatic slitting and delivering. The products have features of high transparent, damproof, dustproof, wearproof, bubble free, layer-drop, non-wrinkle, nonpoisonous, non-odor. It is widely used for food package, books, magazines, labels, photos and present boxes, and is an ideal equipment for improving the quality of printed matters.
Features:
1. The machine use invertor to achieve speed variable, The working speed can be adjusted stable and flexiable.
2. The electric part apply imported electric cimponent. The function is stable.
3. The machine apply casting iron structure. The production precision is high and Deformation is not easy to occur even under the circumstance of high temperature and pressure.
4. Chrone is coated on the surface of he heat-pressed steel folls and the rolls is processed like glass with high polish.
5. The main impression cylinder has big diameter. The pre-coated film has big anger and has long deating time.
6. The main pressure apply hydraulic system with high pressure and stable work.
7. The main rubber rolls apply the material which can burden high temperature and high pressure with long life.
8. The film can be breaked automatically for thick paper (over 200g).
9. It has automatic perforated and slitting device.
